I got dispatched by Roxanna at 1:30 AM to an accident, involving 2 vehicles that crashed into each other. The client’s car was T-boned by the other driver. Their cars were demolished but thank goodness no one was badly hurt. Because of the late hour, and these people were from Miami, Florida, they had no where to leave this vehicle. So we towed it overnight to our facility meanwhile dropping off these poor scared couple from out of town to the nearest hotel. At 10am I picked up the vehicle and dropped it off at the rental company near LAX Airport. The couple were very happy with the service especially because I dropped them off at the hotel. I can just put myself in their shoes and understand how hard it is being from another state and not knowing your way around Los Angeles.
